  • First Aid
  • The supervisor or the teacher administers first aid and emergency care are needed.
  • Contagious Diseases
  • Parents are required to notify the school in the event that their child has been exposed to any contagious diseases outside of school. This cooperation is necessary to ensure safety of all children. Children are not allowed to come to school until fully recovered.
  • Skin Diseases
  • All children suffering from contagious skin diseases, such as impetigo and scabies should be excluded from school until the skin healed or a doctor’s release is acquired.
  • Head Lice
  • All children are checked daily be the teacher in duty for head lice. Children found with head lice are immediately separated from the other children and parents will be notified to pick up the child. Children are not permitted to return to school until they have been treated and all nits are removed.
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled twice a year. If you require a conference at anytime during the school year, simply contact your child’s teacher to arrange a mutually convenient time to get together. Report cards are distributed. Parents/guardians are required to sign report card prior to returning the report card to school. If parents/guardians have concerns about their child’s performance, a conference with the classroom teacher should be requested.
